BAQAI DAWAKHANA Product Exchange and Refund Process

If you wish to report a product leak or damage that occurred during the delivery process for BAQAI DAWAKHANA, please send us an email within 48 hours of the delivery date with the following information. We will facilitate a product exchange for any item that meets the criteria of being returned in an undamaged, saleable condition, in its original packaging, and can be verified as damaged or faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the date of your return for your exchange request to be fully processed and completed.

Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product you wish to exchange or seek a refund at customercare@baqaidawakhana.com. Please include the following details in your email:

  • Order Number
  • Invoice Number
  • Provide details of your request or complaint.
  • Include images or videos supporting your complaint, clearly displaying batch details. Please note that without these visuals, we will not be able to process your request.

For cases where the product is not properly sealed, has leakage, or is damaged, please provide clear images or videos of the unsealed, leaking, or broken product, along with images or videos of any spillage, the mono-carton, and outer packaging. Additionally, if you claim that the seal has been tampered with, please provide images to substantiate your claim.

If the product you received is empty, has a reduced volume, is missing items, or is the wrong product, please include clear images or videos of the empty, faulty, underfilled, missing, or incorrect product, along with images or videos of any spillage (if applicable), the mono-carton, and outer packaging.

In cases where both the internal and outer packaging are excessively dirty, please provide clear images or videos of the entire open package received, as well as the mono-carton and outer packaging. Both the mono-carton (individual product packaging) and the outer packaging (the larger box for your entire order) should be included in your images.

Once we have received all the necessary details, our team will take three working days to respond to your complaint or query. If an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be notified with an authorization number, and we will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product. In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved, the refund will be processed and should reflect in your account within 10-15 days, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Please ensure that all products being returned for exchange are packed in the same packaging as they were received, and they must be physically accompanied during the reverse pick-up by the original receipt. A document should be included in the package, stating the following:

  • Dispatch Address
  • Customer Name & Address
  • Order Number
  • Contents of the Package

Please email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (both inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative you have been corresponding with via email.

Once the package is received by our warehouse team, the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours, and you will be informed of the new consignment tracking details.

Please note that orders for gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund through BAQAI DAWAKHANA.

BAQAI DAWAKHANA is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered to you.
